Truly enjoyed the way our nicely furnished double room with comfy bed was. Decent and nice location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a domestic area.

Everything is perfectly fine here, had a real good stay for the price. What a professional staff! Comfortable beds, satellite TV, climate control and a microwave in the room. The location is comfy, 1 mile from an art museum.

Everything is clean and nice. The rooms are perfect little and newly renovated with comfy bed.

The property was clean with affable and super-friendly staff. New-fashioned, newly decorated room with king bed! Good very central location, adjacent to the center of Roswell, chain restaurants, and UFO museum.

Cleaning ladies super nice, don't think they could have cleaned the room up. Carpet and bed need to be changed.

The carpet in the room was super dirty, had to wear shoes. Bed box spring super dirty. burn holes and sticky stains on carpet.

Located close to NMMI. Low cost compared to other motels in the area during an event at NMMI. The room was clean and just the right size for the two of us with out extras that are not usually needed. An iron and an ironing board would have been helpful.

Electrical outlets were difficult to access. The oulets in the bathroom was particularly difficult to use with hair dryers and such.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options, and the location is very convenient with many food places and restaurants within a short walk.

Inexpensive, conveniently located, just needed it to sleep and it worked fine.

Very nice, older, motel with nice updates and very clean. The price was well worth the stay and the stay was well worth the price! I would stay there again without any hesitation. It was quiet and the fact that you can park at your front door of your room was AWESOME!
